Louchee Clean Ltd is a local business based in Telford priding itself in providing a high quality Domestic and Commercial Cleaning Service. Louchee Clean was established by Director Louise Williams in January 2020 as a hobby to fill her free time. Louise’s passion and OCD for cleaning resulted in Louchee growing very quickly purely on recommendations alone.
The demand for Louise’s services was high, therefore it was then, when Louise decided to turn her hobby into a business and recruit staff. Here, Louise spent most of her time focusing on training her staff first hand through a strict training regime so as each customer receives the full Louchee Clean experience, which she continues to do. Every home and every office has been cleaned by Louise her self, so she knows that what the customers is requesting, is achievable in the time provided. This means Louchee can always guarantee that the quality of the cleaning will be to the same level no matter who is delivering the clean.
In April 2022, Louchee Clean continued to grow resulting in it becoming a Limited business. Louise continued to ensure the same quality of cleaning was still being maintained as well as all the things that made Louchee…Louchee. She trained staff through a strict training regime and continues to do this until she’s confident that they have mastered what makes Louchee different from any other cleaning company.
Louise is still very actively involved in the business, still cleaning and training staff, making sure every day runs smoothly, customers and staff are happy whilst guaranteeing the standard always remains exceptional.
